But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Darkness has inspired many things and given pause to many who would seek to further investigate it's kingdom. It is a world unlike any other. Because of the work required to traverse this realm however not many willingly seek it out, and far fewer would choose to stay there once they realize that the work only gets harder as time goes by.

The work you ask that is so hard? It is simply called knowing you have a choice. Knowing not so much between the Christian concept of good and evil but understanding that these humanistic ideas of morality are governed by the majority. A majority I should add that just because it holds numbers it doesn't mean it is accurate. Let's explore that thought shall we? Simply because a large number of people believe something to be true and even as they might put it through a democratic vote even, does not make it fact.

Thus concepts of morality, evil, righteousness, these all mean nothing in regards to the universe's own truth eat or be eaten, evolve or perish. The universe's fact doesn't change even though the majority might vote against it. It stands still as testament of it's authority against all those that dwell within it. It is unmoving unfeeling and unsympathetic towards those that die and those that fight with everything they have to survive. Without conflict and without friction it would seem there would be no way to exist in the first place.

Therefore it brings us back to the understanding of what the Dark is, Choice. To have choice though you must first understand that there is or isn't one. You must first understand that the things that you have been told are right and wrong may not in fact be as that but more so may just be an opinion of the majority around you. That the things that people live by and have grown up on and what motions they make while they walk in their dreamlike state of behavior are things that you don't have to specifically do or at least do with the same conditioned mindset as the rest. To start to understand this is the first step towards walking into the Darkness.
